The Chairman of Bonny Local Government Area, Hon. Abinye Blessing Pepple, has fulfilled his promise to learners and teachers of Tamvina International School by paying the logistics and educational support to the aides of the child chairman, Success Fombo.
The institution disclosed this in a statement on Monday, expressing appreciation to the council chairman for the gesture.
“On behalf of the management and staff of Tamvina International School, we say a huge thanks to our dear Executive Chairman for this show of love. May the good Lord continue to bless and replenish you, sir,” the statement read.
Recall that eight-year-old Miss Success Fombo served as the one-day chairman of Bonny Local Government Area.
During her 24-hour tenure, she assumed key leadership responsibilities, including presiding over an emergency Executive Council meeting attended by council supervisors and senior government officials.
