The All Progressives Congress in Rivers State has vowed to takeover the reins of power in Rivers State in 2023.
Chieftains of the APC, said this during the commissioning of the party’s newly built office at Woji Road in GRA phase 2 Port Harcourt on Saturday.
Speaking at the commissioning, Senator Wilson Ake who donated five hundred thousand naira said: “if there was anyone secretly blowing white chalk that the APC should scatter, this time around, 2023 it will not work. We will takeover Rivers State in 2023,” he said.
Former DG of NIMASA, Dakuku Peterside on his part, said Wike’s administation has been characterized by maladministration and incompetence. “There will be no soot again in 2023,” he said.
A former ambassador to the Netherlands, Oji Ngofa stated that Rivers State wasted six years under Wike. “An administation characterized by hollow ritual driven by deceit and propaganda.”
The occasion was attended by party leaders and members loyal to the Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi and Sen. Magnus Abe.
