The Chairman of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency, Hon. Samuel Nwanosike, has commended Governor Siminalayi Fubara for opening his doors to the reconciliation efforts of the Rainbow Coalition.
Nwanosike made the commendation when the Rainbow Coalition Reconciliation Committee, led by former Senator Magnus Abe, paid a visit to Governor Fubara at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
He described the meeting as a success, expressing optimism that the reconciliation process was heading in the right direction.
The committee comprised prominent members of the Rainbow Coalition, including Sen. Magnus Abe, Hon. Kingsley Chinda, Ambrose Nwuzi, Kelechi Nwogu and Amb. Desmond Akawor, among others.
Also present at the meeting were former Chief of Staff to the Governor, Edison Ehie, Tamunosisi Gogo-Jaja and other political associates loyal to Governor Fubara.
The committee is tasked with facilitating the full integration of aggrieved members into the Rainbow Coalition as part of efforts to strengthen unity within the political family.
The development follows Governor Fubara’s recent declaration of support for members of the Rainbow Coalition, as he urged his supporters to embrace the reconciliation process and work towards greater unity.
