Rivers State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Chris Finebone has been appointed and inaugurated as the chairman of the 2023 state census publicity committee by the National Population Commission.
The inauguration took place Today, shortly after the announcement by the commission.
The 2023 National Population and Housing Census will commence on May 3, after it was shifted due to the 2023 general elections.
