The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Rivers State has declared that it has already commenced statewide mobilisation ahead of future elections, stressing that the party is focused not just on contesting polls but on governance.
The Publicity Secretary-elect of the party in the state, Chizy Enyi, said the ADC is taking proactive steps to build a strong political structure across Rivers.
“We are not waiting for 2027 to start; the mobilisation is already ongoing across Rivers State,” Enyi said. “ADC is not just preparing for elections; we are preparing to govern.”
He noted that the party’s strategy involves combining experienced political figures with a growing base of young supporters, aimed at strengthening its appeal across different demographics.
“With experienced political leaders and a growing base of young supporters, ADC is bridging experience with energy in Rivers State,” he said. “What ADC is doing is bringing together credible leadership and grassroots participation in a way Rivers people can trust.”
Enyi added that the party remains committed to expanding its presence at the grassroots level while positioning itself as a viable alternative in the state’s political landscape.
