Total Exploration and Production Nigeria, ENP has donated two ventilators and two intensive care unit monitors to the Rivers State Government to help fight coronavirus in the state.
The Executive Manager in charge of administration in Port Harcourt, Godwin Barika donated the equipment yesterday, to the state government.
He said the donations became necessary given COVID-19 and that the equipment will assist in the management of respiratory complications.
Barika assured the state government of the company’s total support to help rid the state of the pandemic.
The State Commissioner of Health, Prof. Princewill Chike who received the equipments on behalf of the government, commended Total ENP for the kind gesture. He said the items will go a long way in the fight, while urging other multinationals to emulate Total ENP.
