Three persons were yesterday, found dead while others were left unconscious in a hotel in Elele Alimini, Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State, after inhaling smoke from a generator.
The incident, occurred after the manager of the hotel forgot to put off the generator which was left inside the hotel.
The hotel manager was also amongst the three persons found dead in the room.
A source said the survivors were rushed to a hospital and that the owner of the hotel has been invited by the police for questioning and possible investigation.
He said the hotel has been sealed up till further notice, pending the outcome of the investigation by the police.
