A youth of Bangha community in Khana local government area of Rivers State, identified as Promise Agara has been allegedly shot by officers of the Anti-cultism Unit of the Rivers State Police Command.
Spokesperson of the Rivers State Civil Society Organizations, Enefaa Georgewill alleged that Hon. Clever Nwazim, councillor representing Ward 7 in Khana invited the officers who shot Promise.
Part of his statement reads,

For the Sake Of Dum Deekor’s re-election bid, one young Ogóni youth from Bangha kingdom has eaten the first bullet in Ogóni land.

The councillor representing (Khana ward 7), Hon Clever Barikui Nwazim is alleged to have invited the anti-cultism unit that shot Promise even after the Bori police had left the community after speaking with the king of Bangha Kingdom who was on ground to manage whatever issue there was.
BUT WHAT WAS ACTUALLY THE ISSUE?
DUM DEEKOR wanted to come visit the Bangha community to campaign, but in their usually way and element, they had promised to send money to the so-called cult boys in charge to facilitate the safety of their program because they don’t even trust in themselves, or trust the Nigerian police which moves around with them.
The money was said to had come late to the dismay of the miscreants. When the money eventually came, the recipient group docked the money & refused to share it with all concerned. This created tension & fear, making the Dum Deekor’s to send in security to subdue the boys so he can campaign as scheduled.
Note:
~The victim is an innocent card carrying member of the PDP who was caught in the crossfire of the show-of-might by the police unit. They took him away as a trophy to show to their masters after shooting him.
~ Barikui Nwazim, a protégé of Dum Deekor invited the Anti-cultism unit, even after the King had resolved whatever misunderstanding there was amongst the youths, and had even addressed the police & even reached out to the campaigners to come in for their campaign as there was no issues in the community.
~ The Chairman & Dum Deekor themselves has allegedly said, that the victim is receiving treatment at an undisclosed Police clinic. But until this moment, no family member has been able to see Mr Promise Agara, to know whether he is dead or alive.
