Governorship Candidate of the APC in Rivers State – Arch. Tonye Cole has, filed an appeal at the Supreme Court challenging the ruling of the Court of Appeal which struck out his suit seeking to sack Gov. Fubara as governor of the state.
The Appeal Court had in its ruling affirmed the victory of Sim Fubara of the PDP as winner of the March 18, governorship election in the state.
Cole had in a statement said he will pursue his case to the Supreme Court.
