The Nigeria Police Force has disowned a viral social media publication directing prospective Police Constable recruits to report for training on September 18, 2026.
In a disclaimer issued by the Force, the Police said the publication was not an official communication and urged members of the public to disregard it.
The Force advised prospective trainees to rely solely on information communicated through their respective recruitment portals and its official communication channels for verified updates on the recruitment and training exercise.
It also cautioned the public against circulating unverified information capable of causing confusion or misleading prospective recruits.
