A young lady who was reported missing and whose whereabouts became a concern after she was sighted in a trending area in Choba, Rivers State, has been found.
A Facebook user from Okrika, Justina Samuel, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday, following efforts by concerned individuals to locate the missing lady.
Samuel expressed appreciation to everyone who joined the search, particularly those who shared her photograph, made calls and volunteered to assist in locating her.
She also acknowledged the support of Basoene Dikibo Ransomewey, who accompanied her during the search.
According to Samuel, the lady was found on Thursday night, bringing relief to those who had been searching for her.
“Plenty people show interest for her matter. Plenty people dey find her, and I wan use this opportunity tell the public say WE DON SEE HER!” Samuel said
She said the development demonstrated the strength of unity and collective action, adding that the response from members of the public showed their concern for the missing lady.
Samuel thanked everyone who contributed to the search and prayed for God’s blessings upon them.
“Wakirike people, unity na strength!” she said.
