The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has publicly displayed Form EC9 (Nomination Forms) for candidates contesting the 2027 Governorship and State House of Assembly elections in Rivers State.
The exercise was conducted on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the INEC State Office and all 23 LGA offices across the state, in line with the Electoral Act 2026 and the approved timetable for the 2027 General Election.
