Former Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Chijioke Ihunwo, has reaffirmed his support for Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, describing him as a man of peace, conscience, justice and equal rights.
Ihunwo said his support for the governor was not based on convenience or personal gain, but on his conviction about Fubara’s character and commitment to peace, fairness and the development of Rivers State.
He said he would continue to stand with Fubara until the end of his tenure, stressing that his loyalty to the governor remained “unalloyed” and “unwavering.”
According to him, Fubara’s peaceful disposition and character were among the qualities that had earned his continued support.
“Your peace is your strength; your character is your legacy,” Ihunwo said.
