The Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Rivers State, Chizi Enyi, has alleged that there are plans to assassinate him over his criticism of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
Speaking in a video message, Enyi claimed he had received credible information that individuals, including one he identified as “Whiskey,” were plotting to kidnap and kill him because of his public comments on the former Rivers State governor.
He maintained that he would not be intimidated by the alleged threats, insisting that he would continue to speak out despite the risks.
“If you’re planning to kill me, just like Wike said those coming to rig elections in Rivers State should write their will, my dear brother, write your will and be ready,” Enyi said.
The ADC spokesperson also stated that he was not afraid of death, arguing that every individual has a destined time to die and that no amount of intimidation would stop him from expressing his views.
