SPECIAL PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
The Chairman of Abua/Odual Local Government Area Sir Hon Daniel E. O. Daniel, DSSRS, JP has banned the operations of Motorcycles popularly known as Okada, within Abua/Odual LGA, from 8 PM to 6 AM daily beginning from Friday, 15th September 2023.
This decision to place a curfew on the movement of motorbikes within Abua/Odual was informed by recent security reports made available to the Government by security agents.
Consequently, Mr. Chairman has directed the Law enforcement agencies to implement the ban with immediate effect and deal decisively with any defaulter.
The general public is hereby advised to comply accordingly with the directive of Government to maintain peace and security in the area.
