Traders at the Garrison market in Ogbu-nu-abali in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area has congratulated Sim Fubara for winning last Saturday’s governorship election.
Chairman of the Traders Association, in a chat with journalists yesterday said they are happy Fubara emerged victorious to continue the good works of Gov. Nyesom Wike
According to him, they voted for the People’s Democratic Party and not the All Progressives Congress as alleged in some quarters.
He said they have always been supporters of the PDP and Governor Nyesom Wike, adding that the PDP is the only party in the state.
The chairman, also said traders at the market are ready to work with the Governor-elect to succeed, and called on Rivers people to do same, noting that Fubara is the right man to lead the state.
