One Jeremiah Opurum, brother to Mrs Solution Amadi who was allegedly strangled to death by her husband, Pastor Chris Amadi says they believe the man killed their daughter.
Speaking to journalists yesterday, Opurum said on the day of the incident, he got a call from an unknown number that his sister is dead, but when he called the husband, he said she was fine and responding to treatment
He explained that minutes later the same number called again, directing him to go to their house. When he got there, he found his sister’s corpse.
Opurum said, he immediately called his in-law but his phone was switched off.
He clarified that the man is not a pastor as widely reported. He said the sister founded the church and the man being her husband took charge and proclaimed himself one.
He called on relevant security agencies to properly investigate the matter and ensure Justice is served.
