One Tekena Ovuru, a Rivers poultry farmer, has emerged winner of the September edition of the “Princewill Trust Help – The Hard Worker” competition.
Tekena received a cash prize of N100,000 for emerging victorious in the competition put together by an organisation owned by Tonye Princewill with the aim of empowering Rivers residents and enouraging hardwork.
Princewill, while giving out the prize, advised the winner to make good use of the money and give others like him, the inspiration to do well and work hard.
Mr Tekena on his part, commended the organizers of the initiative, adding that he would buy two cartons of chicken and at least seven bags of feeds for broilers to expand his business.
