Call for Submission of Written Memoranda –
As part of the ongoing efforts to ensure transparency and accountability, The Investigative Panel which was constituted by the state executive committee to look into the allegations of financial misappropriation and gross misconduct against Chief Tony Okocha (the suspended Coordinator, Rivers BATS Vanguard), hereby invites concerned Rivers BATS Vanguard members to submit written memoranda relating to the above stated matter.
The allegations against Chief Tony Okocha involve matters of significant concern, and it is crucial to gather relevant information and insights from members of Rivers BATS Vanguard who may have pertinent knowledge or evidence related to the matter. We believe that your contribution could provide valuable input into the investigation process.
Submission Guidelines:
- All written memoranda must be typed and submitted to the panel Chairman or via email to riversbatsv@gmail.com
- Submissions should be written in English and must be concise, clear, and well-structured. Avoid using offensive language or making defamatory statements.
- Your memorandum should contain relevant factual information, supporting evidence, and any relevant documentation that you may possess.
- The Investigation Panel will treat all submissions with confidentiality.
- The Panel may consider select memoranda for the purpose of a public hearing, where relevant parties may be invited to provide further testimony or clarifications. Submission Deadline:
