Vice President Kashim Shettima has inaugurated the 33-kilometre Elele–Egebeda–Omoku Dual Carriage Road in Rivers State.
The major road infrastructure traverses three Local Government Areas—Ikwerre, Emohua and Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni (ONELGA).
The road is expected to improve connectivity among communities in the three LGAs, ease the movement of people and goods, and stimulate economic activities across the region.
The project also marks another significant milestone in the ongoing development and transformation of road infrastructure in Rivers State.
