Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project, SERAP , has condemned the 9 Million sanction imposed by the National Broadcasting Commission, NBC, on media houses: AIT, Arise, and Channels on claims that they used online videos generated from social media.
The regulatory body slapped the media houses with a fine of 3 Million naira each.
SERAP warned that failure of the NBC to rescind its decision will lead to a court suit.
