A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Senator Andrew Uchendu has reacted to claims by Governor Nyesom Wike that he failed to construct the Mgbuitanwo road in Emouha, after it was awarded to him, by the Niger Delta Development Commission.
Wike made the claims few days ago during a live interview on African Independent Television, AIT.
Senator Uchendu in a swift reaction in Abuja, dismissed the allegation that he was awarded the contract, but failed to discharge it after collecting funds.
He, gave the Governor a seven-day ultimatum to retract the statement or face legal action.
He, also berated the Governor over such claims, as he accused him of playing politics of bitterness and not being sincere to Rivers people.
