The Rivers State Government has secured an injunction restraining Spar Market at the Port Harcourt Mall from going ahead with its Black Friday Sales.
The suit was filed by the Attorney General of the state.
The state government also secured an injunction restraining Sparfrom denying the state commissioner for Environment access to the facility before, during and after the exercise.
