A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress and Prince of Kalabari Kingdom, Tonye Princewill says Rivers State needs decentralization and not centralization of projects in a particular area, as being witnessed in the state.
Princewill who disclosed this in a statement in Port Harcourt, said in no time he will speak on the performance of the current administration, as he promised to be honest in his assessment.
He said rural to urban migration should also be discouraged, so as to decentralize the state capital and encourage development.
Princewill called on residents of the state to align with the All Progressives Congress, because the party is on course to bring about the change and development the state needs.
