Special Adviser to Gov. Sim Fubara on Environmental Sanitation, and Head of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency, Hon. Prince Ohia has blamed council chairmen on the heap of waste across the state.
Ohia in a statement Today said it is the responsibility of council chairmen to evacuate waste in their areas.
He stated that their duty is limited to just Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor Local Government Areas.
As you may there have been complaints over heap of waste across the state.
