Spokesperson of the governorship candidate of Accord party in Rivers State, Ijuye Telescopic has explained why his principal, Dumo Lulu-Briggs was absent at the Rivers governorship debate.
Ijuye, in a statement shortly after the debate said Dumo was absent because his flight was delayed.
Dumo, was expected at the debate with Sim Fubara of the PDP who also missed the debate, while the candidates of SDP, APC and LP were present.
The PDP candidate is yet to explain why he missed the debate organized by the Rivers State Chapter of the Nigeria Union of Journalists.
