Former factional chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State, Robinson Nnam Ewor, has said Governor Siminalayi Fubara should be held responsible if the three suspended lawmakers are not recalled to the Rivers State House of Assembly.
The lawmakers, including Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo – Bonny Constituency, Hon. Sokari Goodboy Sokari — Ahoada West Constituency
Hon. Adolphus Timothy Oruibienimigha — Opobo/Nkoro Constituency were suspended during the political crisis that engulfed the state.
Ewor said Governor Fubara had a responsibility to ensure their return to the House, adding that the governor should still be blamed even if the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, rejects their return.
He also accused Fubara of being responsible for the delay in the passage of the 2026 Appropriation Bill of the state.
Ewor, who initially supported Governor Fubara during the political crisis, later switched allegiance to the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.
