A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Port Harcourt, has remanded three persons in prison custody for allegedly forging court affidavit.
The Suspects, Goodluck Lizo, Chidinma Ekeoko and Raphael Epie who were arraigned before Chief Magistrate, Amadi Nna pleaded not guilty to charges of felony, conspiracy and fraud against them.
They are been accused of forging three Rivers State High Court stamps and the signature of the Commissioner of Oaths.
The suspects, are also been accused of deceiving their victims to believe that the affidavit issued to them were genuine properties of the Rivers State Judiciary.
The case was adjourned to July 23, 2021 for consideration of their bail application by the presiding judge.
