The Rivers State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the suspension of Victor Giadom, who recently declared himself as National Chairman of the APC, from the party.
The Media Adviser to the Acting Chairman of APC in the state, Livingstone Wechie, made this known to Journalists in Port Harcourt Today. He said, Giadom was suspended over alleged disobedience of the party’s constitution and conduct which have brought the Party irredeemable disrepute.
Wechie noted that Giadom’s suspension was approved after a committee was set-up to investigate the matter. He said the committee recommended that, “Victor Giadom should immediately write a letter of apology to the party and same should be published in three national Newspapers.
“The Committee report which was presented to our state Executive Committee meeting was accepted and adopted as the position of the APC in Rivers state”.
