Rhapsody of Realities 26 April 2026: You’re of the God-Kind
SCRIPTURE: Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ… written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart (2 Corinthians 3:3).
As learnt in our previous study, Christianity isn’t a set of moral codes or religious system; it’s the manifestation of the divine life in a human person. You’re not an ordinary being. The Bible says, “…Ye are gods…” (Psalm 82:6; John 10:34). That’s because you’re born of God.
Animals give birth to animals, and humans give birth to humans. If God gave birth to you through His Word, what does that make you? The Bible says, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God…” (1 Peter 1:23). If you’re born of the Word, then you’re the Word, you’re of the God-kind. Hallelujah!
The Word of God describes and defines you. The Apostle Paul, by the Spirit, wrote: “Ye are our epistle… known and read of all men” (2 Corinthians 3:2). Then he takes it further by saying you’re the epistle of Christ. Just as the Lord Jesus was the Word made flesh, you are His Word expressed in human form, God’s letter to the world.
Since this is true, live your life in harmony with His thoughts and His words. Fear, discouragement and human limitations are foreign to your nature. Live the transcendent life, the life of the Spirit. Exercise dominion over Satan and the elements of this world, for they’re under your feet. Speak the Word; think the Word; live the Word.
Manifest Christ to your world; that’s your calling, that’s your life. You’re an associate of the God-kind, a partaker of the divine nature: “Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust” (2 Peter 1:4).
CONFESSION
I’m God’s living tabernacle, a partaker of the divine nature. I live in the Word and by the Spirit. I manifest the life of Christ, His nature of love and righteousness. I refuse fear, discouragement and the limitations of the flesh. I walk in the liberty and dominion of the Spirit, revealing Christ in me. Hallelujah!
