The Rivers State Police Command, has appealed to residents of the state to always share useful information with the Command, that will led to the arrest of criminals unleashing mayhem in various communities.

Spokesperson of the State Police Command, Nnamdi Omoni disclosed this in a chat with Journalists in Port Harcourt, on Wednesday.

Omoni said that the Command is doing everything within its power to restore peace in the Ogoni region of the state.

He said they are going after criminal elements in the area, as so many of them have been arrested with large cahe of arms recovered.

Omoni urged traditional rulers to live up to their responsibilities and ensure peace in their various domains, by providing useful information to the Police.

He said those causing crises in communities are humans known by people, and that residents should without fear, report them to security agencies.
