Former Governor of Akwa Ibom State and Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio will on Wwdnesday, declare his intention to run for president in 2023.
Media aide to the NDDC boss, Ekong Anietie made this known, on Monday.
Akpabio, joins a long list of aspirants on the platform of the APC, hoping to clinch the party’s presidential ticket.
He would slug it out with the likes of, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, VP Yemi Osinbajo, Governor of Kogi, Yahaya Bello, Rotimi Amaechi, transportation minister, mong others.
Godswill Obot Akpabio, CON, is a Nigerian lawyer and politician. He is the current Minister of Niger Delta, a former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
