The OSPAC Commander in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State, Obinna Chinwodi says their work is more spiritual than physical.
Obinna, in a chat with journalists yesterday, said 75 percent of the job is spiritual while 25 percent is physical unlike that of the Police and other security agencies.
He said they fortify themselves to be able to withstand attacks, from armed robbers and kidnappers, so as to stay alive.
He also explained that they are not scared of anyone provided they do not go against the gods of the land.
The Commander stated that they do not have the right to detain suspects, as they immediately hand them over to the Police once they are arrested.
He also said that the community has been relatively peaceful since they came on board.
