Eleven suspected oil thieves have been arrested by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in different parts of Rivers State.
Michael Ogar, State Commandant of the agency, made this known in a chat with journalists in Port Harcourt.
According to him, the arrest was made by the command’s anti-vandal land patrol and marine forces.
“With renewed vigour and determination to rid the nation of oil theft and illegal dealings in petroleum products, the t State Command Anti-Vandal Land Patrol and Marine Forces arrested 11 suspects from various locations across the state,” he said.
