The Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) has warned the public against a fraudulent recruitment notice circulating on social media and other platforms, purporting to advertise employment opportunities with the Service.
The NRS, in a public notice, said the recruitment notice did not originate from the Service and that no recruitment exercise had been authorised or commenced by it.
It urged members of the public to disregard the notice and exercise caution when responding to recruitment advertisements, messages or links purportedly originating from the NRS.
The Service also advised the public not to make payments, disclose personal or financial information, or submit certificates or identification documents in response to the fraudulent notice.
