The sum of N1.5 billion naira has been approved by the Federal Government for the construction of various roads at the Ocean terminal in Onne Port in Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to the President on media and publicity, disclosed this during a meeting in Abuja on Thursday.
This was after a memo was submitted by the ministry of Transportation.
The roads link different National Assets including the Nigerian Navy Training School, Intels Nigeria Limited, Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone amongst many others.
