Nigerian Singer, David Jumbo, popularly known as Mr 2kay has revealed the reasons he forgave fellow singer Burna Boy, who allegedly sent thugs to attack him in 2017.
Grammy nominee Burna Boy had allegedly sent thugs to beat up Mr 2kay at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos.
Mr 2kay in a chat with Journalists over the weekend, said he withdrew the case in court and forgave Burna Boy because he called him severally to apologise over the incident.
The singer also said, high profile personalities such as Tonye Princewill and his kinsmen reached out to him to him to do so.
He stated that the parents of the thugs, kept begging him to withdraw the case, after they were arrested and locked up for over two years.
Mr 2kay said he has forgotten about the incident beacause at some point, it was affecting with him mentally.
