A masquerade was spotted making withdrawal from an Automated Teller Machine at Garrison junction in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
A Facebook user, identified as Lexy Mueka disclosed this in a post on Facebook, yesterday.
An eyewitness disclosed that the act caused traffic in the area, as motorists and passersby struggled to catch a glimpse.
He also noted that the masquerade later gifted children around money and danced with them, to the amazement of onlookers.
