Rivers state recorded 11 new cases of covid-19 yesterday. This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the state to 14,871 with 14,041 discharged and 154 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control made this known on its official website on Monday.
In total, Nigeria recorded 670 new cases Lagos recorded the highest number with -277, Kaduna-199, FCT-120, Kwara-20, Abia-14, Rivers-11, Gombe-9, Katsina-9, Bauchi-6, Edo-3 and Cross River-2.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 244,120 with 216,180 discharged and 3045 deaths.
The NCDC, says more deaths have been recorded in the country lately.
