Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara says he appointed and sworn in newly screened caretaker committee members to avoid a vacuum in the third tier of government
Fubara said this during the swearing in ceremony at Government House Port Harcourt.
He charged the newly appointed to give their all in the service to their people.
