Hon. Bernard made this declaration during a meeting with Chief of Staff to the Governor, Dr. Edison Ehie, at Government House, Port Harcourt
He was accompanied by Rt. Hon. MacSunday Ugwu, the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate in the 2023 election for Ahoada East Constituency in the State House of Assembly.
