The Caretaker Committee Chairman of Khana Local Government Area, Hon. Marvin Yobana will flag off the Khana Youths Digital Literacy Empowerment Programme, Today.
Yobana, in a statement said the event will hold at the Khana CTC Administrative Office in Bori at 9:00am.
He said, all interested participants are invited to the programme and urged youths to register online @ www.khanayouthdlp.com.ng
According to him, the programme would provide training in computer literacy, internet usage, and other digital skills for youths of the area.
He said the first phase of the programme will provide training for 500 youths in advanced ICT programme.
The council chairman also said the literacy programme was meant to equip the youths of Khana with the requisite ICT skills needed to be competitive in this digital age.
