A prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State, Blessing Fubara Snr., has officially left the party and joined the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), signaling a fresh political realignment ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Fubara, who is related to the Rivers State Governor, announced his defection in Abuja during a formal reception hosted by the National Leader of the NDC, Seriake Dickson, alongside other party leaders and stakeholders.
