The Independent National Electoral Commission Independent National Electoral Commission has published Form EC 9 and released the list of nominated candidates for the Rivers South-East Senatorial bye-election scheduled for June 20, 2026.
According to the Commission, the publication is in compliance with Section 32(1) of the Electoral Act, 2026, which mandates the official display of candidates’ particulars ahead of elections.
