Minister of Works, Dave Umahi has expressed confidence that President will continue to receive divine guidance to lead Nigeria and advance national development through 2031.

Umahi made the remarks on Thursday while inspecting ongoing bridge projects in Lagos State, including the Carter Bridge, which is expected to undergo reconstruction starting next week.

The minister said he believes the administration will continue to enjoy divine support in tackling the country’s challenges, particularly insecurity.

He urged Nigerians to support and cooperate with the government as it works to address security concerns across the nation.

According to Umahi, no leader desires unrest during their time in office, but responsible leadership requires confronting challenges whenever they arise. He noted that the current administration remains committed to addressing the country’s security issues head-on.

He further stated that regardless of the causes of the security challenges, he is confident President Tinubu will be granted the wisdom and strength needed to overcome them and tackle other national concerns.

Umahi also expressed optimism that all projects initiated by the present administration would be completed, maintaining that the government remains confident in the president’s ability to deliver on its development agenda.
