Buildings and properties worth millions have been razed by fire in Obele community in Emouha Local Government Area, Rivers State.
Eyewitnesses say two buildings and 3 buses were razed by the inferno which was allegedly caused by illegal oil refining activities.
One of them said residents and firefighters struggled to put out the early morning fire.
