The Federal Government of Nigeria has place travel restrictions on 100 travellers who failed to undergo the compulsory test for COVID-19 after they arrived the country.
The Presidential Task Force yesterday, announced the travel ban in fulfillment of its earlier threat made on December 24, 2020.
The commission unveiled the international passport numbers, and stated that the ban started from January 1 and would last till June 30, 2021.
“The PTF has placed travel restrictions on the first 100 passengers for non-compliance to the mandatory Day 7 post-arrival COVID-19 test”, the commission stated.
