A man has been feared dead after he was knocked down by a vehicle at Alakahia in Obio/Akpor local government area of Rivers State.
A brother to the victim, said he was standing by the road when he was knocked down by the driver who sped off.
He said the deceased was rushed to the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital where he died.
He called on the state government to intervene on the matter else they will block the road until something is done.
The Police was yet to react to the incident as at the time of filing this report.
