A High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, has adjourned the case involving Federal Lawmaker, Farah Dagogo and the Rivers State Government till May 16 2022.
The suspect, is expected to take his plea and file for bail application on the aforementioned date.
The lawmaker, representing Bonny/Degema Federal Constituency was not present in court, today.
He is facing two-count charges of conspiracy and instigating violence during the screening of the People’s Democratic Party in Port Harcourt.
He had since denied the charges by the State Government.
