TEXT: ISAIAH 45:18-25.
MEMORY VERSE: “I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear” (Isaiah 45:23 KJV).
God is faithful, and His words cannot fail. Most times in life when people get to a crossroad, they usually ask of the way out. There are times on life’s Journey we get so stocked that we don’t know the next move to make. There are also times in life we are faced with multiple options and get confused on which to choose.
Crossroads could be in diverse forms: marital, spiritual, financial, academic, health, career, or any other. Whatever it is, only one way will lead to solution.
The Bible says, “Jesus said to him, I am the way and the Truth and the life; no one comes to the father except by (through) me.” (John 14:6 AMP).
Life challenges are to make us stronger in faith, and not to weaken our faith in God. As believers our strength is in God’s word; the more we study, meditate, and believe in the word of God, the stronger we become.
The Bible says, “God is not a man, that He should tell lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said and will shall He not do it? Or has He spoken and will He not make it good and fulfil it?” (Num. 23:19 AMP).
God’s word will never fail. If we hold strongly to His promises, they would be fulfilled in our life. but doubt or unbelief would make us losers. We should develop the attitude of stubborn faith in God and his word; and like the Shunammite woman, we would receive answers to our heart desires (2 Kings 4:26).
Let us be strong in the Lord and in the power of His word, and His might. We would always be glad in life because faith in God’s word would always bring good rewards. Let us not lag in trusting His word, for in it we find the spring button to great heights.
- Just remain strong in the Lord at odd moments and all will be well.
- Lord, help me to remain in you, no matter what I experience in life.
